Students show the way through “Poonkavanam”

To make the institutions and its suburbs look greener, ASAP students of GBFS course, Thrikkavu Skill Development Centre, Malappuram, have come together to organise a plantation drive titled as Poonkavanam. The planting of saplings is being done by the ASAP students of various institutions coming under Thrikkavu Skill Development Centre.  The aim of the initiative is to create a garden in the twelve institutions coming under Thrikkavu Skill Development Centre .The programme was inaugurated by PTA President, Shri. Jayaprakash by planting rose sapling. Head Master, Shri. Unnikkuttan , SDC–in-charge, Naveen Kumar M, GBFS Faculty  Shri. Reghu , Programme Executive  Smt. Neethu M ,  Smt. Prasanna  and other student representatives also planted various saplings. Greens on the campus will convey the message of protecting the environment.
