Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for continuously improving collaboration, communication and transparency within and between your teams and others.
- You support the teams in achieving their sprint goals.
- You identify team dynamics and blockages, make them transparent and solve them together with the team.
- You continuously develop the agile approach in the teams and actively shape the processes in the release train.
- You coach the development teams with regard to agile methods and conduct team-internal trainings.
- You accompany and moderate team and Scrum events as well as CoPs.
- Define product features to be developed in close coordination with stakeholders and development
teams
Skills and Qualifications:
- You have been a scrum master for at least five years.
- You have a B.Tech/M.Tech university degree in Computer Science.
- You have an extensive agile methodology suitcase and can look back on several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach (m/f/d).
- You are an excellent communicator (m/f/d) with high empathy skills and can motivate others.
- You recognize potential conflicts at an early stage and take the initiative to resolve them sustainably or, if possible, prevent them.
- You are enthusiastic about agility, change management and team development.
- You have an extensive agile methodology suitcase and can look back on several years of professional
experience as a Product Owner, preferably in automotive domain. - You are familiar with model based design and development using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow.
