Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP) Kerala, A Government of Kerala Company, Invites online application from graduates for internship positions as well as executive positions for a period of one year. Interested candidates may apply via ONLINE mode only by filling the prescribed application form given in the website of ASAP (www.asapkerala.gov.in/careers/).

Mode of selection will be through Written Test or Personal Interviews which will be intimated later.

Note: Candidates with a minimum of 60% of marks need to apply. Interns will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 12,500/- per month. Applicants if selected, will be posted in any of the below vacancies according to their suitability. The Selected applicants will be required to execute an agreement with ASAP.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate course materials to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Monitor training sessions and assess the delivery methods of trainers.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with trainers and course developers to implement quality improvements.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality assessments and feedback.
  • Assist in the development and updating of quality standards and guidelines.
  • Prepare reports on quality assessment findings and recommendations.
  • Participate in quality review meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.

  • Candidate Support:Demonstrate a strong understanding of our offerings and effectively guide candidates through the conversion process,Support candidates throughout their training journey, from admission to certification.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate progress and milestones.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities between the teams under the Digital Marketing pillar.
  • Maintain detailed notes of activities and communications between each team.
  • Ensure smooth coordination by carrying out calendar-wise follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of communication between the Digital Marketing team and other teams in ASAP Kerala.
  • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes, distribute to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Ensure all follow-up actions from meetings are tracked and completed.
  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

Salary : Rs 17,500/-

Key Responsibilities:

The Executive Funding will be responsible for managing and securing funding opportunities to support the financial growth and sustainability of ASAP Kerala. This role involves identifying potential funding sources, developing proposals, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

It shall be noted that admittance to various stages of the recruitment will be provisional only, and will not confer any claim unless various other conditions of selection processes are satisfied. Detailed scrutiny of the application/credentials will be conducted before the written test / interview appointment. Any discrepancy found during the detailed scrutiny will result in the rejection of the candidature.
