Quality Assurers Quality Assurers

Based on the feedback reports Quality Division of ASAP assigns
Quality Assurer for visit to any center.
The assigned QAs then conduct the visit at those SDCs
and collect the answers to the questionnaire shared with them.
The QAs can add their suggestions also to their feedback reports.

Quality in skilling can never be compromised, and ASAP ensures it’s students superior skilling through a systematic and continuous monitoring. Quality division of the organization makes certain that the students enrolled for skill course of their choice go out to the industry wholly equipped with the skill sets required to outshine in the job roles they are assigned to.

In ASAP, quality monitoring is a routine process. In field, Programme Managers in-charge of skill development centers monitor and evaluate the sessions. Feedbacks are taken from the students at a regular intervals; after every 30 hours of the session.

ASAP has a dedicated team of Quality Assurers to set the yardstick to make every session productive. After reviewing the feedback of students, Quality Assurers are deployed to different batches for getting a better understanding of the picture and to take necessary corrective actions at the earliest. Quality Assurers are industry experts with a minimum of two year experience on the respective skill sector.
