Linnk Academy India is conducting a one-day open placement drive in cooperation with ASAP, Kasaragod, for client GlowTouch in Mangalore on 12th April, 2023 at Community Skill Park, Kasaragod. GlowTouch has openings for the position of Support Engineers, and are looking for talented individuals who possess excellent English communication skills and logical thinking abilities. GlowTouch is looking for candidates who are flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and can join immediately or within a week. The interview process will include an aptitude test, essay writing, typing test, technical interview, and HR discussion.
Job Role: Support Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for providing back-end support to international customers through email and chat. The candidate has to troubleshoot technical issues related to websites and servers. To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm, good knowledge of keyboard shortcuts, and the ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
