Project objective: To skill women above 15 years of age in lower and higher order skills. The project is modeled to support women empowerment and to help gender gap initiatives of various companies. This project will provide any skill based on the candidate’s aptitude and interest. Foreign language proficiency will be offered for new international opportunities. After completing the skill course at the local level, employment opportunities will be facilitated.
Target group: Women above 15 years
Targeted number of beneficiaries for 2023-24: 6,000 women candidates
Project Naipunya

- Industry, innovation and infrastructure
Project objective: To skill and groom graduates from socially and financially backward communities in higher-order skills and on personality development skills.
Target group: Graduates
Targeted number of beneficiaries for 2023-24: 5,000 students


Project Aspire

- Decent work and economic growth
Project objective: To train candidates from the general public, candidates who have taken career breaks, and candidates from economically and socially disadvantaged communities in lower and higher order skills through our Community Skill Parks.
Target group: General public
Targeted number of beneficiaries for 2023-24: 3,500 students
Project Samathwa

- Decent work and economic growth
Project objective: To skill candidates from transgender, SC/ST, and BPL communities in order to prepare them for employment or entrepreneurship, thereby improving their standard of living.
Project target group: Transgenders, SC/ ST candidates, BPL candidates, fisherfolks, persons with disabilities, rural and tribal candidates, etc.
Targeted number of beneficiaries for 2023-24: 3,500 candidates


Project Aashraya

Project objective: To shape candidates, particularly children, during their childhood through personality development, and to curate thinking courses to improve their thinking abilities and to have an appealing personality.
Project target group: Children, inhabitants of orphanages and underprivileged students

Project Nirbhaya Naipunyam

Project objective: To skill women survivors of sexual abuse, human trafficking, domestic violence, and other social issues for entrepreneurship or employment.
Project target group: Women survivors of sexual abuse, human trafficking, domestic violence and other social issues; and people in unorganised sectors.
Targeted number of beneficiaries for 2023-24: 500 candidates

Project Digi Literate

Project objective: To skill the general community, especially elderly, who aren’t fluent with digital devices such as mobile phones, laptops, smart TVs, etc.
Project target group: Anyone who wants digital literacy, especially elderly

Project Suraksha

Project objective: To skill the general community, especially youngsters who aren’t fluent with financial terms and options available for them to achieve financial freedom and stability.
Project target group: Anyone who wants to attain financial literacy, especially youngsters.

High-End Computer Labs & E-Learning Parks

Project objective: To establish e-learning parks in various locations throughout the state as part of the state’s skill ecosystem, using 10 high-performance computers.
Project target: To create infrastructure that can help establish a skill ecosystem in the state.
