In this role, you will equip aspiring general duty assistants with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the healthcare industry. As a trainer, you will cover vital modules that are essential for their development.
Location : ASAP Community Skill Parks across Kerala

Minimum Educational Qualifications
- Medical Graduate or B.Sc. (Nursing)/ Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing Midwifery
Experience :
- Medical Graduate with 2 years’ experience, with 1 year sector specific and 1 year teaching experience
OR
- B.Sc. (Nursing)/ Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing with 2 years’ experience, with 1 year sector specific and 1 year teaching experience
OR
- GNM (General Nursing Midwifery) with 3 years’ experience, with 2 year sector specific and 1 year teaching experience
Desirable :
- General Duty Assistant HSS/Q5101, v2.0 Certified. Minimum accepted score is 80%
