1. Social Media Manager 

1. Number of Vacancy: 1 

2. Educational Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation 

3. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and  Management. Should have at least 1 year of experience in managing a team. Proof of  experience to be produced through a certificate from the employer or a salary  certificate from the employer.

Job Description: 

This person shall have expertise in the features of multiple social media platforms and  know end-to-end details regarding the web platforms. Posting content on social media and  other web platforms after assessing the right times to increase visibility, maintaining  friendly relationships with the users by interacting with them, and ensuring that the  relevant data with respect to the social media platforms are shared with the respective  teams are among the primary responsibilities of this position. 

∙ Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to  increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. 

∙ Content Creation: Ensure that content is created and curated, and manage published  content (images, video, written) that is engaging, on-brand, and optimised for each  platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X). ∙

Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all social media platforms to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistency and accountability.
∙ Analytics and Reporting: Analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. ∙ Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
∙ Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies among different demographics in Kerala and apply this knowledge to enhance the company’s social media presence.
∙ Influencer Outreach: Identify influencers and celebrities to connect with to expand our reach and credibility.
∙ Social Listening: Monitor online conversations and trends to understand consumer sentiment and inform content and engagement strategies.
∙ Copywriting: Have a knack for copywriting to create copies for social media platforms, and have a good understanding of scripting.

2.Video Editor and Digital Media Specialist

1. Number of Vacancy: 2 

2. Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Diploma in relevant field shall be preferred (Any graduate with relevant experience may apply) 

Skills: Knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe AfterEffects, DaVinci Resolve, iMovies  Final Cut Pro. And Adobe Illustrator 

3. Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field with proof of experience  in the form of certificate from the employer or a salary certificate from the employer.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in using Adobe Suite(Photoshop,  Lightroom) and Canva, and 3 years of experience using the same for personal and  creative projects with proof of experience in the form of certificate from the employer or  a salary certificate from the employer.
