NOTIFICATION FOR THE POST OF GRADUATE INTERNS

Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP) Kerala, A Government of Kerala Company, Invites Online applications from graduates for internship for one year at various Community Skill Parks (CSPs) of ASAP Kerala. Interested candidates may apply via ONLINE mode only by ɦlling out the prescribed application form given on the website of ASAP Kerala (www.asapkerala.gov.in/careers/). The link for the online application will be active from 18.05.2024.

The last date for submitting the online application will be 25.05.2024, 5 PM

The mode of selection will be through Written Tests & Personal Interviews/ Personal Interviews alone (Online/O ine) which will be intimated later.

Note: Candidates with a regular degree from any recognized university with 60% marks need to apply. The Selected candidates will be required to assist with various functions of the CSPs as detailed below. Interns will be eligible for a consolidated stipend of Rs. 12,500 per month and an additional special TA of Rs. 2000 per month subject to conditions. Applicants if selected, will be posted in any of the CSPs according to their preference and suitability. The selected applicants will be required to execute an agreement with ASAP.

Qualiɦcation Requirements: Any Regular Degree from a recognized university.

Monthly Stipend: Rs. 12,500/-

Job Description :

  • Support the Centre Head in Mobilization and Lead Management of various programmes
  • Obtain the list of activities/programs for the month from the CSP Center Head
  • Keep the copy of all advertisement and promotional materials in soft and hardcopy
  • Maintain the hard copy of the application form
  • Maintain the CSP Visitor logbook
  • Daily updates of the footfall, occupancy, and event data are centrally issued
  • Lead generation & management as part of skill/non-skill program mobilization
  • Management and ERP/MIS scheduling of ongoing batches
  • Attendance marking in ERP/MIS for ongoing batches
  • Ensuring DWMS Registration for WRP Batches
  • Maintain and coordinate the details of students who require placement
  • Tracer calls for students who completed batches & Alumni Management
  • Manage the CSP front o  ce if necessary
  • Any other duties assigned by the Center Head/Zonal Head/CSP HQ from time to time.

It shall be noted that admittance to various stages of the recruitment will be provisional only, and will not confer any claim unless various other conditions of the selection processes are satisɦed. Detailed scrutiny of the application/credentials will be conducted before the written test/interview appointment. Any discrepancy found during the detailed scrutiny will result in the rejection of the candidature. ASAP Kerala reserves the right to shortlist only a limited number of candidates for the written test/interview, as the case may be for the post, based on marks secured in their qualifying examination (if any), desirable qualiɦcations, and experience (if any). Candidates should mention the marks scored in their qualifying examination (graduation / post-graduation) in the application.
