NOTIFICATION FOR THE POST OF GRADUATE INTERNS(CSP)

Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP) Kerala, A Government of Kerala Company, Invites Online application from graduates for internship positions at Community Skill Parks. Interested candidates may apply via ONLINE mode only by filling the prescribed application form given in the website of ASAP (www.asapkerala.gov.in/careers/). The link for online application will be active from 13.06.2024.

The last date for submitting the online application will be 26.06.2024, 5 PM

Mode of selection will be through Written Test & Personal Interviews / Personal Interviews alone (Online/Offline) which will be intimated later.

Note: Candidates with a regular degree from any recognized university with 60% of marks need to apply. The Selected candidates will be required to assist CSP and will be posted at the district level or CSP HQ. Interns will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 12,500 per month. The Selected applicants will be required to execute an agreement with ASAP.

Post : Graduate Intern: Administration & Facility Management

Job Description

Support the Programme Manager (Admin & Facility) in day to day operations. The key activities are as follows:

  • Maintaining the updated list of assets (IT, Non IT, building and facilities etc)
  • Coordinate with the Community Skill Park (CSP) Center Heads for availability of all facilities for the CSP activities and operations.
  • Coordinating with the Engineering Division for any matters related to the facilities in the CSPs.
  • Support in ensuring compliance with administrative policies and procedures
  • Assist Programme Manager (PM) in maintaining the copy of personnel deployment plan, timely collection of the performance reports etc.
  • Prepare the weekly report of the leave status / On duty movement of the personnel of the CSP SBU.
  • Assist in processing bills and invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping
  • Collate various reports pertaining to the CSP operations.
  • Assist manage agencies empanelled under the CSP Space Utilisation Scheme, including tracking agreements and ensuring compliance
  • Maintain the meeting schedules and manage the meeting action taken reports
  • Prepare the monthly P&L statement of CSP SBU by combining the P&L of 16 Community Skill Parks
  • Prepare the fortnightly status report of skill courses in progress, non skill activities, events etc in coordination with the Center Head.
  • Track and maintain agreement details, including agency agreements, MOUs, and other contracts
  • Compile the monthly Activity Report of the CSP SBU.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Administration and Facilities team, Centre Head, or CSP HQ from time to time.

Job Description

Support the Programme Manager (PR & Marketing) by offering creative and attractive design services. The key activities are as follows:

  • Prepare promotional and marketing materials for skill course promotion as per the skill training calendar
  • Prepare promotional and marketing materials for workshops, bootcamps, events etc as per the schedule from various CSPs.
  • Design the campaign posters, course catalog for hardcopy and soft copy circulation amongst the potential candidates of skill /non skill programmes.
  • Design various flyers , admission announcement posters, reports, presentations as per the data provided by Programme Managers/ CSP Center Heads
  • Support with the designs for website updation/ posts

Job Description

The primary responsibility is lead management and follow-up for Admission. The key activities are as follows:

  • Coordinate with the Programme Managers in charge of course/ activity mobilization.
  • Act as a direct point of contact between the organization and its customers.
  • Making outbound calls to job seekers and target groups of CSP operations.
  • Manage the inbound calls with accurate and updated information.
  • Use the whatsapp marketing tool, tele calling, email etc to counsel the target group and to convert them to admissions.
  • Management of leads generated through various marketing activities initiated by the CSPs, CSP HQ are expected to be the outcome.
  • Maintain the lead status with updated information and based on the relevance of the lead according to the programmes, events, training activities.
  • Effective follow up and maintenance of updated information.
  • Monitor, analyze and report the lead trend and conversion statistics with the Programme Manager (PR & Marketing).

Job Description

The primary responsibility is to support the website and the CSP App services under the guidance of Programme Manager (Technology Support). The key activities are as follows:

  • Responsible for coordinating the website/ app/ technology platform development and deployment team for regular updates.
  • Provide technical support to address any issues or errors encountered in the website/ app/ platform by the users. This may involve diagnosing problems, troubleshooting issues with website functionality, and implementing solutions to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Oversee the essential tasks such as software updates, bug fixes, content updates, and performance optimization to keep the website/app running smoothly.
  • Using the web analytics tools, monitor website traffic, user engagement, and performance metrics. By analyzing data and insights, they identify areas for improvement and optimization to enhance the effectiveness of the website/ app/ platform.
  • Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of the website in search engine results.
  • Updating the details related to courses, events, activities etc regularly and generating various reports from the technology platform pertaining to the performance of CSP SBU.
  • Work jointly with the developer to enhance website navigation, usability, and accessibility to ensure that visitors have a positive experience and can easily find the information they need.

Job Description

  • Support the Centre Head in Mobilization and Lead Management of various programmes
  • Obtain the list of activities/programs for the month from the CSP Center Head
  • Keep the copy of all advertisement and promotional materials in soft and hardcopy
  • Maintain the hard copy of the application form
  • Maintain the CSP Visitor logbook
  • Daily updates of the footfall, occupancy, and event data are centrally issued
  • Lead generation & management as part of skill/non-skill program mobilization
  • Management and ERP/MIS scheduling of ongoing batches
  • Attendance marking in ERP/MIS for ongoing batches
  • Ensuring DWMS Registration for WRP Batches
  • Maintain and coordinate the details of students who require placement
  • Tracer calls for students who completed batches & Alumni Management
  • Manage the CSP front office if necessary
  • Any other duties assigned by the Center Head/Zonal Head/CSP HQ from time to time.
