Job Summary: We are seeking 5 motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our training division's call centre team as a part of a one-year internship programme. As a tele caller, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential customers, introducing them to our education and training programmes, and addressing their enquiries. Individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to be persuasive, and commitment to customer satisfaction are required to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend inbound calls to the ASAP call centre, addressing enquiries related to various courses and programmes offered by the company.
  2. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using leads and databases provided by the company.
  3. Introduce and explain the benefits and features of our education and training products/services to potential customers.
  4. Employ effective communication techniques to comprehend customer needs and tailor the pitch accordingly.
  5. Maintain up-to-date and accurate call interaction records within the CRM system.
  6. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
  7. Achieve weekly and monthly call targets and goals as established by the supervisor.
  8. Regularly update the team on call outcomes, lead quality, and customer feedback.
  9. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
  10. Continuously strive to enhance call quality, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
  11. Handle customer objections in a professional manner and work diligently to address concerns.
  12. Support other sales and marketing activities as assigned by the team.
  13. Willingness to engage in late shifts (up to 9pm), if necessary, and actively resolve customer complaints and queries. 

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with using CRM systems or willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in common computer applications, including MS Office.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, call centre, or customer service roles is preferable.

Selection Process: 

This phase will include tests and in-depth interviews designed to evaluate the candidate’s suitability for the role. The candidate’s communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and potential to excel as a member of our team will be explored further.
