Dr. Usha Titus IAS, CMD of ASAP-Kerala ( Additional Skill Acquisition Programme) and Mr. M A Wahab, Dist Governor, Lion Club International, this afternoon, inked an MoU in the presence of Dr. Bindu, the Honourable Minister for Education, Govt Of Kerala to skill 150 youth from financially backward sections of society.
