  2. Comprehensive knowledge spanning human anatomy, physiology, diagnostic procedures, and treatment methodologies, complemented by proficiency in Hospital Management Information Software, EMR/HER systems, and basic computer and typing skills.

Insight into healthcare policies and laws, coupled with exposure to Quality Assurance and Management Practices, Customer Service Excellence, and Feedback Management, prepares candidates for diverse roles such as Front Office Executive, Billing Staff, Guest Relations Executive, or Public Relations Officer upon course completion.
