Terms and Conditions for the position Junior Executive:
Type of Employment: Contract for a maximum of 2 years, with quarterly performance reviews.
Eligibility: Graduation with 1 years of work experience/1 year in ASAP Kerala, OR Post-graduation with 1 years of experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Salary: Fixed monthly salary of ₹19,750/- (inclusive of all allowances). Performance-based incentives may apply, subject to organizational policies.
Brief About CSPs:
CSP SBU represents the youth engagement business unit of ASAP Kerala. Each CSP has a 25,000 30,000 sq ft building infrastructure with 5 classrooms and 4 lab spaces aimed at employability enhancement and career advancement activities. The CSP SBU focuses on individuals aged 13 to 40 years and aims to create a skilled community. CSP facilitates placement assistance to Candidates and hosts placement drives on a recurring basis. CSP activities are planned for all 7 days of the week, with compensatory off for working on holidays.
Junior Executive: Job Role
The Jr. Executive will be responsible for acting as the in-charge of the CSP in the absence of Executive, achieving financial self-sustainability, and supervising the activities of interns and apprentices to meet CSP targets. They will represent ASAP in various district meetings and events and ensure the upkeep and maintenance of CSP infrastructure, including databases and registers. Executives are also required to prepare monthly reports covering revenue, expenditure, income, occupancy, footfall, and other activity metrics, and attend monthly review meetings as assigned.
They will promote ASAP Kerala and CSP activities within the CSP influence zone, organize training and non-training programs, and collaborate with industry partners. Additionally, they will gather and address feedback from CSP participants and conceptualize, mobilize, and manage youth engagement activities such as workshops, competitions, and career guidance seminars to enhance CSP activities.
