Nayana first became involved with ASAP Kerala during her college years when she signed up for the Communicative English Trainer course. This course helped her gain the confidence she carries with her today. Before joining the course, Nayana was an introvert who struggled to share her ideas and speak her mind. However, after completing ASAP Kerala’s Communicative English Trainer course, her perspective had drastically changed and she was able to approach situations with more confidence. The course taught her valuable skills, including business communication, writing, email drafting, and usage of LinkedIn. She thoroughly enjoyed the classes taken by her trainer, Ms. Athulya. Despite her initial apprehension about making mistakes, the trainer’s constructive corrections and supportive encouragement enabled her to gracefully acknowledge her mistakes and make the necessary corrections, ultimately bolstering the confidence of not just Nayana, but also everyone in the class.
After completing her Bachelor’s in Commerce, Nayana joined coaching classes to excel in Bank exams. She also enrolled in an accounting course. But, despite her best efforts, she was unable to pass the exams. Meanwhile, her family’s finances took a turn for the worse. Nayana then took up a job in a supermarket. But she was determined to improve her life and that of her family.
Things took a positive turn when Nayana decided to pursue a professional course that could land her a job with a good salary. Drawing from her previous experience at ASAP Kerala during her college days, she knew that ASAP Kerala’s courses could provide her with the best opportunities.

Nayana recalls that the course was more advanced than she imagined, but her trainer, Mr. Vishnu, made the lessons easy to understand. The six-month course was executed entirely online, and Nayana found it beneficial as she could listen to the recordings repeatedly to understand the concepts.
Apart from the course, ASAP Kerala arranged grooming sessions to prepare candidates to attend the job interviews. The sessions helped to hone her interview skills and present herself in the best possible light during her job interview. She passed the first level of the aptitude test, and her interview went better than expected. Nayana’s joy knew no bounds when she landed a position at Gr8 Affinity with a CTC of 5.5 lakhs. Thrilled to have accomplished her goal, Nayana is excited to start her job in October and pursue her dreams.
