As part of the ‘Hire and Train’ model, individuals who complete the course and certification will be eligible for a job offer from MNCs
ASAP Kerala has formalised an agreement with training partner Ethnus to offer Appian course in a ‘Hire and Train’ model. The document was signed by Mr Anwar Hussain, Head-Finance Division, ASAP Kerala; and Mr Mukund NM, Director, Ethnus; in the presence of Dr Usha Titus, Chairperson and Managing Director of ASAP Kerala; Mr Mani Rajagopalan, Regional Lead – Partner Success, Appian Corporation; and other officials from the organisations.
The programme aims to bridge the existing skill gaps in the area of low-code Digital Process Automation (DPA), and enable learners to upskill and get certified in in-demand jobs. A career in Appian technologies will become more accessible to students who can now train and certify in the Appian Developer and Applied Development courses.
The 150-hour course is designed for graduates of the BE, BTech, ME, MTech, and MCA programmes, who passed out between 2020 and 2023, with an academic score of 60% in 10th, 12th, and UG/PG, and with no active backlogs. As part of the hire and train model, after the orientation session, all interested candidates will receive free online training for the recruitment test, and there will be a Level 1 online screening test. Candidates who clear the Level 1 test will qualify for the selection process, which will be carried out by MNCs. Those candidates who clear the selection process will be issued a conditional offer letter by the MNCs.
Individuals who complete the course and certification will be eligible for a job offer from TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, Coforge, Excellerate, Machint, and Precensol, to name a few, with an expected CTC of ₹ 4.0 LPA to ₹ 5.0 LPA.
