ASAP Kerala signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the World Malayalee Council (WMC) to impart employable skills and provide placement assistance to job aspirants in Kerala who wish to pursue a career overseas, on August 31, 2022. As part of the collaboration, which was executed by Dr Usha Titus, Chairperson and Managing Director, ASAP Kerala; and Dr KG Vijayalekshmi, Founder Trustee, WMC; both the organizations shall aggregate industry demands and job roles within and outside the country.

According to the MoU, skill courses will be curated in accordance with the demands aggregated, and a pool of trainers will be developed to deliver the skill courses to the enrolled trainees. It will be followed by providing placement assistance to the candidates who successfully complete the training programmes of ASAP Kerala.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Shri K P Krishnakumar, Global Vice-President, WMC; and ASAP Kerala division heads and programme managers.
