The Assessment & Certification Division delivers reliable, transparent, and industry-aligned evaluation solutions for learners, institutions, and organizations. Our assessment services ensure that competencies are measured scientifically and that certifications genuinely reflect skill standards.
ASAP Kerala is nationally accredited with Dual Recognition as both an Assessment Agency (AA) and an Assessment Body (AB). This accreditation confirms compliance with national quality norms, assessor standards, evaluation protocols, and audit requirements. With this recognition, ASAP Kerala is authorized to conduct independent third-party assessments, issue nationally accepted certificates, and ensure end-to-end quality assurance across training, evaluation, and certification—strengthening trust among learners, employers, and partner institutions.
OUR SERVICES
1. QP-Based Course Assessment
Standardized assessments aligned with National Occupational Standards.
ASAP Kerala conducts Qualification Pack–based assessments mapped to NSQF standards to evaluate job-specific competencies, ensuring industry relevance and skill credibility.
2. ASAP Course Assessment
Structured evaluation for all ASAP Kerala training programs.
Assessments measure learning outcomes through theory, practical, and project-based evaluation, supported by automated scheduling and quick result processing.
3. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Certifying skills gained through work experience and informal learning.
RPL assessments evaluate existing competencies through skill demonstrations, tests, and interviews, leading to nationally recognized certification.
4. Assessment as a Service (AaaS)
Customized assessment solutions for institutions and organizations.
ASAP Kerala offers flexible, scalable assessment support—design, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and certification—for universities, government bodies, and private institutions.
5. Certification
Secure digital certificates for verified skills and competencies.
ASAP Kerala provides tamper-proof, QR-enabled certificates to learners who successfully complete assessments. These certificates are:
- Digitally verifiable
- NSQF and industry aligned
- Securely stored and accessible
Certificates are also issued through DigiLocker, ensuring easy access, national acceptance, and long-term digital preservation for learners.
6. ASAP ACE (Aptitude & Competency Evaluation)
ACE Kerala is a comprehensive, research-based aptitude and competency evaluation platform developed by ASAP Kerala to support informed career decision-making among school students. The tool integrates psychometric science, digital assessment technology, and personalized reporting to help learners gain a clear understanding of their abilities, interests, and suitable career pathways. With over 1.5 lakh assessments conducted, ACE test variants for 8th and 10th grade students are currently available to the public.

In collaboration with Samagra Shiksha Kerala (SSK), ASAP Kerala has been implementing LEAP – Exploring Learner Aptitude Profiling and Guidance, a customized variant of the ACE psychometric test, for 8th and 10th grade students across Kerala since 2024. LEAP is a large-scale initiative aimed at administering psychometric assessments to 2 lakh students over three years, covering 1 lakh students each from 8th and 10th grades, implemented in three phases.
As part of the first and second phases, more than 80,000 LEAP assessments for 8th grade students and 48,000 LEAP assessments for 10th grade students have already been successfully conducted. The third and final phase of the programme is scheduled to be completed during the 2025 academic year.
