These are dynamic hubs set up to translate traditional knowledge into enhanced skill training, especially among local communities. The model is operational under the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Community colleges offer a three-year credit-based DVoc (Diploma in Vocation) programme (approved by AICTE).
