Mode of selection
- 1st Level : Written Test (Online or Offline) and Interview
- 2nd Level : ToT for qualified candidates
- 3rd Level : Eligible candidates will have final round of Interview
Note:
- Candidates with a regular degree from a recognized university are eligible to apply.
- Registration fee : Rs. 500/-. (Non Refundable)
- Candidates who have qualified the ASAP Certified English Trainer (CET) course will be exempted from the registration fee and can directly proceed to the ToT process.
- Existing SDE s with valid agreements do not need to apply again.
- Selected candidates will be assigned to any preferred district based on ASAP Kerala’s requirements/decision and will work part-time on an hourly remuneration basis.
- Selected candidates need to execute an agreement with ASAP Kerala.

Job Summary
The Skill Development Executive (SDE) will play a critical role in delivering training programs and workshops across a range of skill development modules. The SDE will be responsible for conducting sessions, mentoring participants, and enhancing skill proficiency to meet program objectives and enhance employability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery:Conduct and facilitate sessions of Induction Training, courses like Open sesame ,BPCE , Essential English Skills, Workplace Communication Module, and Work Readiness Programs for diverse learner groups.
- Skill Development Workshops & sessions:Lead specialized workshops in Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical Reasoning, Placement Grooming etc and sessions for competitive exam preparation, offering targeted support to participants.
- Participant Support and Mentorship:Offer one-on-one and group mentorship to guide participants providing support to improve their confidence and competence. Evaluate participant progress, providing feedback to help them achieve key learning outcomes.
- Program Enhancement and Collaboration:Collaborate with other trainers and program coordinators to ensure consistent training quality across modules.Suggest improvements to program content and delivery based on participant feedback and emerging industry trends.
- Performance Evaluation and Reporting:Track participant engagement, skill improvement, and program effectiveness.Prepare reports summarizing training outcomes, challenges, and recommendations for future sessions.
It shall be noted that admittance to various stage will be provisional only, and will not confer any claim unless various other conditions of selection processes are satisfied. Detailed scrutiny of the application/credentials will be conducted before the written test / interview . Any discrepancy found during the detailed scrutiny will result in the rejection of the candidature.
ASAP Kerala reserves the right to shortlist only a limited number of candidates for the written test/ /interview, as the case may be for the post, based on desirable qualifications and experience (if any).
