IT Solution Manager
Educational Qualification:
BTech in IT/CS or equivalent with three years of experience in IT Project
OR
BTech in IT/CS or equivalent plus MTech in IT/CS or equivalent with 1 year of IT Project Management experience
OR
BTech in IT/CS or equivalent plus MBA with specialization in IT with 1 year of experience in IT Project Management
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
Salary: Rs 30,000/-

Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile.
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts or software engineering principles.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for high level requirement finalization of new software applications in consultation with the User divisions.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps in consultation with stakeholders to align with organizational goals and strategies.
- Act as a Product owner for the development of new software’s/ adding features and performance improvement of existing software’s.
- Conduct periodic review meetings with vendors to ensure software development aligns with the established roadmap and quality standards.
- Provide periodic progress reports to stakeholders on the status of software development projects.
- Prepare test cases and coordinate UAT to ensure software meets user requirements and Expectations.
- Address software issues reported by stakeholders directly or with the support of the development team.
- Ensure timely security audits of applications and resolve any identified issues.
- Implement measures for performance improvement of developed applications based on user feedback.
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of third-party software solutions with the support of vendors.
- Provide Level 1 support to stakeholders, ensuring quick and effective issue resolution.
- Conduct software training sessions for all stakeholders to ensure effective use of the applications.
- Maintaining all related documentation for the applications including technical documents.
- Keep an updated issue log for all software solutions to track and manage problems efficiently.
- Manage ASAP’s website, ensuring timely updates and monitoring performance to prevent downtime.
- Periodic monitoring of website performance and prevention of downtime of the website.
- Handle agreements and annual maintenance contract (AMC) activities with the website development team, ensuring timely processing of payments to vendors.
