Job Description
The Junior Executive – Quality Assurance (QA) will support the implementation of quality monitoring processes across skill training programs under the Training Division of ASAP Kerala. The role involves:

- Assist in Batch Monitoring Activities
- Trainer Performance Review Support
- Feedback Compilation
- Flag Critical Feedback to Reporting Officer
- Preliminary Analysis of Feedback Data
- Documentation and Data Entry Support
- Audit Preparation Assistance
- Maintain Timeliness in Reporting
- Execute Tasks Assigned by Supervisor
- Maintain Confidentiality and Data Integrity
