Job Summary:

The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the admission process. The role involves managing leads, providing detailed information about ASAP Kerala’s courses, and ensuring a smooth and supportive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Attend inbound calls to the ASAP call center, particularly for inquiries related to various courses and programs. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and databases.
Student Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students about course offerings, admission requirements, and career outcomes.
Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
Admissions Support: Assist students in completing application forms, preparing necessary documentation, and understanding the admissions timeline.
Follow-Up Communication: Maintain regular communication with prospective students via phone, email, and other channels to nurture leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly call targets and revenue targets as set by the reporting officer.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the reporting officer on call outcomes and lead quality.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
