 Skills:

  • Proficiency in english communication skills
  • Strong mentoring abilities and a passion for fostering learner growth.

Age Group: 21-45 years.

Job Summary

The Skill Development Executive (SDE) will play a critical role in delivering training programs and workshops across a range of skill development modules. The SDE will be responsible for conducting sessions, mentoring participants, and enhancing skill proficiency to meet program objectives and enhance employability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery:Conduct and facilitate sessions of Induction Training, courses like Open sesame ,BPCE , Essential English Skills, Workplace Communication Module, and Work Readiness Programs for diverse learner groups.
  • Skill Development Workshops & sessions:Lead specialized workshops in Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical Reasoning, Placement Grooming etc and sessions  for competitive exam preparation, offering targeted support to participants.
  • Participant Support and Mentorship:Offer one-on-one and group mentorship to guide participants  providing support to improve their confidence and competence. Evaluate participant progress, providing feedback to help them achieve key learning outcomes.
  • Program Enhancement and Collaboration:Collaborate with other trainers and program coordinators to ensure consistent training quality across modules.Suggest improvements to program content and delivery based on participant feedback and emerging industry trends.
  • Performance Evaluation and Reporting:Track participant engagement, skill improvement, and program effectiveness.Prepare reports summarizing training outcomes, challenges, and recommendations for future sessions.

Job Title : Academic Counsellor

Type : Full Time Contract

Salary : 17,500/- (Rs 15000/- with an additional allowance of Rs 2500/-/Incentives shall be provided based on performance)

Job Summary:

The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the admission process. The role involves managing leads, providing detailed information about ASAP Kerala’s courses, and ensuring a smooth and supportive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Attend inbound calls to the ASAP call center, particularly for inquiries related to various courses and programs. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and databases.
  • Student Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students about course offerings, admission requirements, and career outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Admissions Support: Assist students in completing application forms, preparing necessary documentation, and understanding the admissions timeline.
  • Follow-Up Communication: Maintain regular communication with prospective students via phone, email, and other channels to nurture leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly call targets and revenue targets as set by the reporting officer.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the reporting officer on call outcomes and lead quality.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele calling, customer service, or academic counseling.
  • Skills Required: Excellent command over English and Malayalam./Proficiency in using MS Office.
