Reboot Kerala Hackathon 2K20
The Reboot Kerala Hackathon series was launched by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Kerala, and orchestrated by ASAP. It was designed to use technology, primarily coding, to solve an industrial or government departmental statement.
Highlights
- Contest was a 36-hour hardware and software fixture, across different departmental themes.
- A set of 10 regional hackathons culminating in a Finale.
- A total of 1,608 students selected from entries totalling over 17,712 received from 230 institutions.
- Placement opportunities presented by industries to hire students
The winners of regional hackathons were awarded Rs 50,000, 30,000 and 20,000 for first, second and third places, respectively. For the grand finale, the prize money were Rs 3 Lakh, Rs 2 Lakh and Rs 1 Lakh for the top three positions.
