Refund Policy

ASAP Kerala wants all our candidates to be completely satisfied with our services, so the fee paid for any course is eligible for refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

Candidate fee refund process

  1. Apply for Refund through the Refund Request Form.
  2. An ASAP Kerala representative will connect with you for verification of the refund request.
  3. The request will be processed internally by ASAP Kerala.
  4. The refund will be processed and credited to the same account from which the fee was paid within the stipulated period, as per our refund policy.

Refund policy

  1. While our refund policy is designed to allow students to learn without risk, we also need to safeguard our Training Partners and provide them with a fair payment schedule. Training Partners are paid based on the total number of students in a batch. As a result, we shall lock the batch strength seven days prior to the commencement of classes, and we will not accept refund claims made after the refund window has closed.
  2. Refund Window – Until seven days prior to the Actual Date of Class Commencement

Reasons for refunds

  • Request from students:
    • If the candidate paid for a course that he/ she wasn’t supposed to be taking
    • Extension of class commencement date due to unforeseen reasons
    • If the candidate wishes to drop-out from the course due to any other reason

In all the above circumstances, the student will be eligible for a refund seven days before the date of class commencement. To apply for a refund, the student has to submit a Refund Request form, which will be processed by ASAP Kerala after due verification and the amount will be credited to the same account, from which the fees was paid, within 3 -4 weeks from the date of request.

  • Batch getting dropped
    • Since a majority of ASAP Kerala’s courses are live and are instructor-led events, the course can only begin with the required number of candidates in a batch. If the required number of candidates do not apply for a course, ASAP Kerala may be obliged to cancel that batch.

In that circumstance, ASAP Kerala will refund the entire amount paid by all the candidates for that course and the same will be credited to the account from which the fees was paid within 7-10 business days after the proposed class commencement date. ASAP Kerala will intimate the candidates to fill out the Refund Request form, and upon getting the request ASAP Kerala will initiate the refund process after collecting the relevant information of all the students. 

  • Ineligible candidates
    • If the student does not meet the required eligibility criteria for a particular course.

In that circumstance, ASAP Kerala will inform the candidate that he/ she is ineligible to join. To apply for a refund, the student has to submit a Refund Request form, which will be processed by ASAP Kerala and the fee paid by the candidate will be refunded to the account from which the fees was paid within 7-10 business days of the proposed class commencement date. 

Reasons for denied refunds

  • While our refund policy is designed to allow students to learn without risk, we also need to safeguard our Training Partners from fraud and provide them with a fair payment schedule. Training Partners are paid based on the total number of students in a batch. As a result, we shall lock the batch strength seven days prior to the commencement of classes, and we will not accept refund claims made after the refund window has closed.
  • No refund requests submitted after the Class Commencement date will be processed due to administrative reasons.
